Minor issue. Just noticed when I got home that the valve stem caps on the passenger side of the car are missing from both front and back tires. The driver side caps were both very loose and ready to fall off.

Excellent customer service
Roadside towed my vehicle there. Service informed me the nail was too close to the sidewall to patch or plug. They then attempted to plug anyway costing me $20 because hey, you have to get something out of me it seems anyway. Service then informed me the tires I have on there are no longer carried through the tire ordering system despite me replacing these tires less than 3 months ago at a local Ford dealership. To sum it, didn't fix my tire, didn't replace my tire, still got me for $20 and then told me the car isn't safe to drive yet the closest dealership who has your tire is Waynesville. Good luck!

Greatly appreciate Adam getting the repair cost reduced. Have several major medical bills to pay now due to my husband having COVID 19 in late December.
