I was completely satisfied with the service an how Jose **** made it a good experience.
I have always been Impressed with Jim Burke Lincoln, but not my last experience. When I purchased the Premium Maintenance Plan, I was told I would receive a rental car comparable to my own car. That was not the case. This was not explained to me prior to the technician’s arrival. Also at the time of me purchasing my vehicle, I was told my car would be filled up with gas. I am disappointed that Jim Burke Lincoln did not live up to what they sold me.
It was easy to schedule my same day service via phone and when I arrived the gentleman rep was ready to check me in was courteous and professional. The service time was reasonable. Thank you as I have a long trip ahead tomorrow!
I waited in line at 12:40 pm for my 12:45 pm appointment. At 1:30 the tech started on my 2013 f 250. By 2:30pm he was done. I had an appointment and I was on time.They started on my pickup 3/4 of an hour late. As well as taking too long to do the job. I can not recommend this institution when it does not value my time. No one said nor insinuated that we are sorry it took so long.

The service I recieved was for a recall item. The recall letter said to expect up to two days for the work. Jim Burke techs completed the work in just a few hours.
Everything was great. See you all again in a few months.
I was a bit surprised the oil change took over an hour when I did have an appointment. The previous appointment was only 35 minutes. Maybe they were short handed today? Staff was very nice and the new facility is very comfortable and enjoyable!
Was in for the brake recall on my MKX—-perfect service from top to bottom—Brittany was beyond helpful in every way—-I mean in EVERY way—from setting up the appmnt.; to asking if I’d like the car washed—amazing service! Thank you All at JBLincoln????????????
