I came in for an oil change, my service adviser was Miguel. He was more than professional. The only negative comment I would make is that you have no coffee service for your customers that choose to wait. The other Ford Dealerships I have had do service all have coffee or a cafe of some type. Thanks

The process was great. The Lyft was convenient and on time. They called as soon as the car was ready and did not try to aggressively upsell services. When I checked out the car was ready before I paid the bill. Great experience and will be back for sure.

Sal did a great job gave correct information and price quoted was right on. No additional added fees. Service was completed in a timely matter, he even had our vehicle washed. Great service. Thank You!!

Miguel is by far the best Service Writer I have ever met, and believe me I know because I wrote Service myself for many years! He is trustworthy and honest and always a pleasure to deal with!
