I was told the part for my vehicle was in, Ford reached out to me to schedule. Brought my car in, was told service would only take 10-15 min. After being at the dealership 45 min I was told my car was ready but they didn’t actually have the part needed to fix my car. The service since COVID has been such a disappointment. The last time my car was serviced for a tail light being out, the service department didn’t put the casing back on right and I had to drop my car off again. Extremely frustrating and disappointing yet again.

Amazing service at Ford with Miguel! He kept me informed throughout process. I always feel like the service at Ford RSM is one of the best!!! I also want to commend Isaac for delivering my car to me. He was super friendly, helpful by clearing out the papers that service places in car to keep it clean and kind. Most of the time the car is driven up and you get in the car with paper left on floor and brief encounter while getting in the car. I thought the extra effort Isaac did by introducing himself, removing trash and thanking me was above and beyond. His positive energy brightened my day!!!

My time spent having my vehicle serviced at Santa Margarita Ford was a pleasure, with Duane and Jon taking care of me in a professional and courteous manner, and the shuttle driver being friendly and right on time. The job was finished promptly and on schedule.

I love working with Duane whenever I bring in my Ford F-150 for service. He is very professional and keeps me informed about the progress of the work. I know my truck is in good hands whenever I bring it to Duane for service. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else!

I still have concerns about the 7way plug on truck bed and at hitch because the 12v power pin is not on one o’clock position, it is now on 11 o’clock position, this there seems to be wiring error, can you please advise ASAP?
