I certainly don't have a problem with Duane. He has helped me for years and is always open and honest about what needs to be done. He has also always looked for ways to keep costs down. My point of dissatisfaction was that the car still had a problem after the 2 days without it. Assuming it was someone who actually worked on it I don't fault Duane. Tom Markel

Took almost an hour long than told unfortunately. Just needed an oil change and didn’t need the tire rotation/alignment. Should have taken much less time.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer Timberline and I was interested in purchasing the off-road grill lights accessory. I spoke to several staff members and not one had any idea to what I was referring. As a new customer to RSM Ford, I was disappointed that your staff could not assist me due to their lack of knowledge! One service advisor seemed unwilling or uninterested in helping me to respond to my inquiry. I must say, however, that Roger in Parts and Nick from sales went the extra mile and assisted me with my questions. I trust that my future experience with the Service department will be smoother and more like the service level I formally received from Tuttle Click Ford. Thank you. Mark Richard Lawrence

You are all so professional, delivered short turn around installation. We were so happy with the price too for the F150 tow mirrors. Jim Graham is a class act and friend for 36yrs. The Parts and Service Teams are so customer driven. Jim, Donna and me are so proud of your dealership. For the record when we do replace our truck you guys are the only dealer we’ll purchase our next truck from. Thx, Reggie and Donna Wells.

The ticking noise we brought it in for was still happening when we went to pick up the truck even though we were charged $2,852.31 We left the truck at your dealership for fear of driving it. Someone was supposed to call this evening with an update but unfortunately that didn’t happen.
