I had my dealer installed alarm serviced twice previously because it went off randomly at all hours of the day a night. The fixes only lasted a few weeks. It happened again in the last few days. The remedy this time was to remove the dealer installed alarm and charge me $100 to do so. Doesn’t seem right does it?

Ford RSM was great to work with from first contact to signing. Arvin was my sales guy and he did everything right. He answered all my questions an then some. This was the first time I bought a car over the phone without seeing it in person. It’s was a tad scary but Arvin was very patient with me. Nothing but positive things to say. ????????

When washing the car the paint on the hood peeled up. There was a little spot on the hood before but was painted over. Nobody from the dealer tried to rectify the problem or offer to put touch up paint on it or offered any solutions. Just told us there was nothing they could do.
