Well, Mr. Duane Litz and his mechanics came through again for me. I purposely bring my vehicle to RSM Ford to get my vehicle serviced. This morning I arrived and Duane advised me that they had a mechanic call in sick and told me at first I would need to bring my vehicle back tomorrow. I explained to Duane that I just drove in from Redondo Beach, Ca. Duane looked at me and said, let me see what he can do. 4 hours later, my vehicle was ready. Thanks Duane and RSM Ford. Sal was an excellent service advisor, explaining clearly what was done and what other services were available. I also appreciated the truck being washed (it was filthy), although the wash could have been better — there were still numerous bug splats on the windshield, mirrors and front end. The ones on the windshield were particularly noticeable and should have been corrected.
