Freddy was very patient with me and my anger with yet another major problem with my focus. This car has had numerous problems and recalls since I have owned it. Very disappointed with Ford. But as I said before Freddy was informative honest and patient with my outburst. Sorry again Freddy

Only wish the truck got washed. When you call say it’s ready for pick up. That’s not the time to ask if I want a wash. I waited a bit before I went to get. But truck not washed. Overall happy with service

No car wash offered. Couldn’t fix the 2nd of two issues that keep happening. Charged $400 for an elevated oil change and was encouraged to spend more. Won’t be back
