The mechanics couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car for over a year. I’ve been taking it back and forth and the service representative was the best trying to help in any way. I hope it’s fixed this time.

Fredy was great as all of your advisors are. What I didn't like was the cost of servicing my vehicle. Maintanence parts plus labor $2000? Really? Do you realize the impact this has on me buying a Ford product AND buying it from Santa Margarita Ford? At this point, I am looking at Toyota, Honda or BMW. I never had any issues with theur vehicles. I am going to an independent service center for the belt replacements.

Truck was left over 2 weeks waiting on a part that was backordered with no ETA. I had to call around to other Ford dealerships to find one that has the parts in stock and schedule service with tbem. That should be your job not mine. I regret buying from RSM Ford.

Jonathan is an excellent service advisor. I had multiple issues with my 2014 CMax that Jonathan was able to troubleshoot and resolve. It took about 2 weeks for the process and for parts to arrive. He communicated regularly and made sure the work was completed timely. Thanks, David M
