Kayla was great! Great attitude. Went above and beyond. What else can you expect. :)

First it took too long to program two fobs. Second the quote on replacing a dipstick tube and dipstick on a 2003 boxster S for $1700 dollars is robbery. Lets look at all data and it won’t be that expensive its almost fraud. The young lady was ok could become faster at her job and status checks would be better if they were frequent and in person especially when the person is waiting.

Kayla is very conscientious and it’s always a pleasure to work with. However she is overworked and there should be at least two people in there because when you call to get to service you don’t always get through

I was treated with great professionalism and have zero complaints in that department. My complaint falls on myself equally. I took my car in for an oil change and wasn’t quoted or told any pricing. My mistake as well for not asking. Only to return at the end of the day to retrieve my car and pay my bill to be shocked at the price. My private mechanic had quoted me $180.00 for the oil change and explained why it would cost more or this car than other cars. Porsche of livermore charged me $566.00. It was just super disappointing learning that I shouldn’t do business there again. Again very nice and helpful staff.

Exceptional and prompt service

Having to leave my vehicle for the weekend was unacceptable. I only had an oil change and I got there at 1026 am.

Kayla did a great job. Your sales team could learn from her what great customer service looks like. I’ll always work with Kayla to service my Porsche.
