I came in with a problem and the team that looked at my car confirmed it had one but as they cleared the warning nothing else was done. I was left to wait until the warning came back on to come back to show it again. I will say the people were very nice and meant well, but not having the problem actually fixed in a meaningful way makes me fearful of driving a car with a problem. Another warning came on today which I will have to get resolved with another trip. I had mentioned this wanting while I was there as well. Hoping the next time I go in things will get fixed and not just reset. I have bought two cars at this dealership and would again as long as I can get problems taken care of.

Sean was extremely helpful and showed me features on my car that I was unaware of. I also appreciated having my vehicle washed. Will definitely continue to bring my CRV back to Livermore Honda for future service.

Finally I had a very good experience with Honda Livermore. Cos when I bought my car we were disappointed with our sales man Roman after we bought the car when we were asking him about some info he never responds but before that he was very attentive. But since he closed the deal with us he doesn't care with our future concerns.
