Thanks again to Mr. Burke for being professional and creating a positive customer experience. I would need to say he's my favorite in his department......... It was so nice of him to Uber me back to my place when an unexpected leak became an issue thank God it was under warranty. I felt comfortable with the space being covid and all. Burke provided excellent customer service. Although it took a couple of return trips to get the problem fixed I felt that Burke and the mechanic working on my pilot really wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure everything was fixed properly. Burke was easy to work with and provided excellent communication. Best customer service ever! Thank you!

Had early morning appointment for a basic b1 service since I needed vehicle to go to work at around noon. I expressed this fact at drop off and was told it would take around 2 hours. 4 hours later, I received a text informing me that they would let me know it was done. After another 1.5 hours, I could not reach anyone by phone for an update (no reply to my text or phone message). Ultimately, my wife called the sales department and got to talk to someone.
