Rj got the job done, but the person’s name on his answering machine was not Rj so I had problems leaving him a message because I didn’t know who was getting the message, so not completely satisfied.

RJ did not know my vehicle had a recall notice even though he appeared to check and say No recalls when I checked in. He failed to answer his Direct line during the at least three times I called regarding the recall notice I found in my mailbox in returning home after dropping off my vehicle. He is a poor communicator although personable.

Vehicle is not checked during checkout. Hood is not closed. I found it on freeway, luckily able to take exit and fix it.

Every time I bring my car in for an issue its never noticed or told it doesnt exist. If I say its an intermittent issue, of course it isnt going to do it when I bring it in. I asked for the firmaware or electrical to be checked because my GPS / 2018 infotainment center will just shut itself off and turn itself back on and make my phone do crazy weird stuff. Its not on my end because when I have my brand new Apple cord plugged in my phone starts wigging out so I know its something going on with the cars CPU. Anyways. I just wish things were looked at more thoroughly. Ill be taking my car to Dublin honda hoping for better service regarding warrant issues. I appreciate not being charged for the diagnostic service since the issues I had presented that have been going on for months were not known. Not your fault!
Service was excellent, kept me updated and the issues were resolved. Staff went above and beyond, the way service should be.
