- Attitude of all staff was Friendly, excellent and knowledgeable. grade: A - However due to being so busy at times a couple details were missed. grade: B - Parts not in stock. Needed to be ordered. Vehicle left over night. Free Uber offered. grade: A Next morning - The parts had Not been ordered. - However they were obtained quickly the next day and the work was done at time promised. grade: B -Billing at checkout showed my being charged for parts included in the RECALL. (To be Free). - Staff straightened out quickly. grade B Overall experience: B Room for improvement - during BUSY times. Attitude/Expertise - Excellent Would I come here again? Yes. :)

Four hours to buy a car is way too much time. Once we decide to buy a car it should take no more then 1 hour. The salesmen were all friendly and I like them all but if you are going to compete with the internet you need to step up your game!

Settings were changed and had to be reset for seat and mirrors etc and we had to re enter phone number, radio changed? Causing inconvenience
