Lack of communication. There were times where it would take days to get a response.
Repair time. It took 40 days to replace a fuel pump. The technician didn't even need to order parts, it just took that long to get to my car for some reason.
I hated how hard it was to get someone on the phone, seemed like text was the only form of communication.
Price was wrong when I went to pick up the car. Good thing I looked at the invoice before paying or I would have paid too much.

We continue to be pleased with the service department at Bentley Hyundai. Lori does an excellent job scheduling our visits and explaining what was found.
The service team is all wonderful to work with me. From the minute I pull in- the man that directs me- till the minute- I leave- all are great. Lori is so good to inform me of any changes- any problems- and she takes care of me while I wait- and I witness her taking care of others while they wait. She is so friendly. I drive almost 1 1/2 hours. Makes my drive worthwhile. I told her when I left yesterday that I hope she never retired!
So- please take care of your service workers financially so our experience can remain so positive !
Bentley charged me for a stocking fee and did not give full refund on parts that were ordered. The items ordered by the parts department was the wrong size and did not fit vehicle.

He listened to me explain the service I needed and ensured the work was per my specifications. Also the service was completed within the allotted time. I am grateful for the quick turnaround on my service.
