Multiple employees were not wearing masks while inside. I am sure they did not wear masks while working on my car. Also, the sense I get is Manhassett Inifiniti does not put the customer first and making basic accommodations for the customer seems like a huge task.

This is not Joe’s fault but the oil change reminder was not shut off. Now I have to go back and have them shut it off. Also waiting over two hours for an oil change and inspection is not ok
Mr banks is always helpful. When I tell him the issues with my car he I immediately knows what that issue is and always advise what’s the best option for my vehicle .I am always pleased to be serviced my mr banks cause I know he will diagnose the issue right away
