It took 3 hours. 45 minutes before someone came to tell me what needs to be done. 45 minutes after my appointment
I got the dual dash camera and no one knew anything about it to give me the walk through or at least try to help me getting started. I still cant get the app to work. I needed the serial number to sign up which wasnt given to me just the box instructions. I got an oil change, the service error is still coming on in the dash screen. Overall im not happy.
