Everything is terrible. The service was rude, the customer lounge area is dirty.

David Banks provided excellent and fast service. My tire was repaired and hepa filter was replaced, but there is a 2 1/2 inch scratch in the leather of my steering wheel that I felt after I received my car; there were no defects on the leather prior to my most recent service. I called your service center, and they told me to bring in my car to have the scratch inspected. I will do that as soon as I can.
I was hoping a certain service on the vehicle was covered...only had the car for 5 years. The car is only is only years old
