David Chin was very pleasant and offered fast assistance; he was thorough and complete in his job. The service of my air conditioner did not resolve the smell. The deodorant used smells bad, and there were grease/dirt stains on my white leather seats. In past service visits, the technicians left the paper on the seat after the work was done to show that protective measures were taken to keep stains off of the seats and so as not to damage the seat fabric.
