The service appointment and NYS inspection went very well. Mr. Chin was very professional and friendly.
David is always great. The car was serviced and taken care of. I do think the staff should wear masks whether they are vaccinated or not. I did also note a lack of a greeter when I arrived and some inappropriate language being used by some staff members loud enough for guests to hear. The car was not washed either, not sure if that service has been stopped. Not holding any of those things against David or the actual car service though. Just some overall improvement suggestions that can go a long way
