Two negatives: 1. I requested an air filter and an oil filter plus a look at my brakes based on feedback from my last service (oil change) on 8/31/21 that was conducted by Joe. I was mistaken. Instead of an oil filter I meant to request a cabin filter. If my last service was reviewed it would have been noted that I had an oil change 7 weeks ago and another was hardly necessary. Service should have questioned it and advised what filter was actually required and necessary. A waste of time and money. 2. Charging a 4% surcharge for credit card payment at this dealership is not only ridiculous and a disservice to your repeat customers, I can see a cash discount, but an up-charge? How many people use cash today and how many people know exactly what a cost of service will be in advance to have that amount of cash readily available. Both instances appeared to be nothing more than a money grab. I feel taken advantage of by this dealership and it is very disappointing. Your response will be appreciated.
