Mr. Banks is always courteous. He takes the time to explain all that is going on with my car. I travel a lot and he always checks everything in my car before I go. He is always very accommodating. He is the main reason that I am now on my 3rd Infiniti for the past 11 years and going to Manhasset Infiniti.

I really miss the experience we used to get before Covid. There was coffee and bagels. I totally understand that it’s safer to not put out food. But, the best part was the car would be washed. There is absolutely no reason for me to treck all the way to Manhasset for that “upgraded experience” any longer. The service center is inconveniently closed on weekends. Next time, I’ll take it to my trusted local mechanic and get to wait at home.

Great customer service from beginning to end. The actual service itself took 3 hours which was outrageous but David and the rest of the staff were so hospitable. Definitely will recommend. Maybe order some new chairs and bring back refreshments to lounge area it’s looking real Nissan and less Infiniti.
