I wanted more for my trade in and the financial guy was a pushy and rude. He wanted me to buy the warranty, which I understand but he was kinda rude and pushy which made me say no right away. He didn’t care about my experience. My salesman Devon was great, kinda, patient and explained things well.

It was recommended that I change the cabin filter. I declined the service cause I had a filter at home. When I went to change the filter Sunday night, I found 3 issues. First, there was a screw missing. This may have been missing before I’m not sure. Second, the cover for the filter was not on. It was installed upside down and was hanging off to the side. Third issue, the old filter was reinstalled upside down. If you’d like to see a picture of the cover I can send that to you.

I had my first vehicle servicing plus needed brakes fixed and buffing scratches. I got a text at 11 saying not to worry I will get called when it was done. Heard nothing all day. At 3:30 and 4:30 I text if my vehicle is done. No response. I called and was transferred several times to get an answering machine. Left message. Still no response. At 4:50 I got a hold of a lady that doesn’t work in service, but said she had my paperwork so it must be done. She said the one in charge left for the day. REALLY?!?! Alls she knew was what the papers said when I asked if the brakes were fixed, how the buffing went, etc. Today nobody still called me. My papers were laying in the vehicle when I picked it up late last night. Now I have questions on the battery. It says state of charge 56%. I see alignment was a fail and another page says alignment needed. Basically I am really disappointed with lack of communication.
