The guy who helped me was very kind and understanding I had explained I called to set up an appointment and I was told they no longer take appointments I then was told I did not exist in their computer but the guy who helped me today made sure he got me in as soon as possible. I then had the question about if you purchase a vehicle from their is it certain vehicles or all that get their first oil change free. Thanks for all your help

Working with Chuck is always a pleasure he does a great job with customer service and meets my needs when it comes to servicing my vehicles that being said I still have been disappointed with my GMC truck since I purchased it. it has had many problems and recalls that I have had to bring it in for the latest one with the leaky roof gives me lots of concerns about mold inside the insulation in the walls because it was leaking down the seat belt enclosure
