I cane into service for metallic ding…ding…ding that was not consistent. I am preparing to drive from Englewood FL to BarHarbor ME & I was worried that something was wrong … the Service Manager, Stephen, actually came out & drove my car around the lot - but no ding could be heard! The service writers, Michael & Chris, were offering ideas but the best idea from all if them was to leave it overnight & see if the noise could be heard when the engine was cold. I picked up my car today & all 3 of your employees were excited to tell me that they found the noise! The clamp between the catalytic converter & the exhaust was not tight - which they said could have left me stranded! I am so grateful that your guys took me seriously & did not just assume I was a nervous woman sending they on a wild ding…ding…ding chase! Your Service Dept is absolutely THE BEST & I thank them sincerely!
