I had my oil changed on Dec 17 and on or about 15 january my Check engine light came on. I thought it was on due to change in the gas from premium to regular. After 3 days it did not go off and then my car starting making a loud ticking and knocking sound.I then checked my oil to find out it was very low. I put in one quart then had someone check it only to find out it was still very low.I We then put in 2 more quarts and it was still low. I then call you service department. Arranged to bring it in to find out that i never got the correct amount of oil during my last oil change.

Totally comfortable with Igor from the get go told me exactly what was wrong with the car and promptly had it repaired by an excellent mechanic who’s name I did not get but did an excellent job thank you so much for accommodating in our time of need????
