I am SO impressed by the quality of service I got from Danielle. She greeted me before I got half way to the service entrance. She said "are you my dead battery?" (I had called ahead to say that my battery had kicked the bucket & to see if I could come in). That was awesome. Very happy with my experience & have already told my family & coworkers how great you are. Also, thanks for the car wash too :)

Volkswagen has failed to develop a loyalty customer service big time. Now, I found out that I cannot change my battery at any place but ur stores. Yup have not developed any incentives or affordable packages for working class like me. As u know most of owners of ur cars are WOMEN, and we make less money that men. When I went to the atore against my will, I asked them about a sign on the panel and they refused to give any guidance unless I pay $135 for the inspection.

She picked out the right tires for my car and for where I live. She even answered the phone at 5:58 to answer a question about the warranty.
