The work completed by the technician was perfect. Shifting and surge is gone! Tyrrel did a good job of explaining what was done and why. Your notes state the vehicle was washed but there is a spot of white residue still on the box cover. ?????

I had issues with bringing it in because of haveing a ill husband at home. I kept the appointment, your people, from the moment I got there until I was picked up to take possession of my car were absolutely wonderful. They did everything to get me home and pick me up. Very professional. We have had Honda from Port Charlotte for ever and will continue to trade there in the future. Thanks guys, you were wonderful.
