I was very impressed with the service I received today. When I picked up our vehicle I was also in need if having my phone put back into hands free. I wasn't able to do it. I would highly recommend your dealership. We will be buying out of lease when the time comes. Thank you again for the 110% service today.

Terrell is knowledgeable and has a great customer service attitude. It’s kinda of frustrating I had to buy a new battery when this is the second one and the car is a 2017 but that’s a Honda design issue and not related to my work that was completed.

John Silva was excellent to work with.. a changed was needed. The last time I was there a girl came out with a list of things I needed done on the car. She tried to pad the bill. Told her I’ll check with my son. Spoke with my son he told me I didn’t need all that done. Just what I was in there for. Yes I know about padding the bill add on extras that are not needed at the time I was there. My friends husbands worked for three dealerships, and would not sell stuff not needed to costumers. He is no working for car dealerships. John was not like that but I was ready for his trying to push unnecessary items needed. This is one senior you can’t take advantage of. When I sit in the waiting room I just listen to the service guys telling mostly seniors about how import it is to have these taking of and yes most of the time they agree. Thank you for taking my car in on short notice. The service light came on in my Honda the day before, displaying B12...The only B12 that I am familiar with is the vitamin I take every morning! I could see that John was very busy and he made sure to take the time to give me exceptional customer service as I always do when having my car serviced at Norm Reeves. Thank you, again!

From the moment I pulled into the service port I was impressed. I was greeted, Terrel came out and after we spoke I was shown into the waiting area while I waited for my services to be performed on my Honda. Terrel was very professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very comfortable and I loved the coffee machine. It did not take long but Terrel kept me informed about the progress of my oil change and tire check. We will definitely be coming back!
