My car is still missing when I accelerate at low speeds. This is the second time I have had it in for the same problem and I have spent a total of over &1500 dollars to no avail.

I called last minute for service on our Kia Sorrento. Nathan in service answered the phone immediately. He was happy to look and see if he could accommodate my tiny time frame for oil change etc.

Nathan was extremely kind and couteous. He met me with a smile,listened to me, and told me approx how long it would take. They got it done Quicker than he thought, so he was excited to tell me it was ready early. He offered a car wash,explained in detail what they did,the suggestion of things that needed addressed,very,very helpful!!!

Nathan is great, and the service department has been wonderful in working around my work schedule. Even if it's been a hassle on their end, I've never known it. I can't promise that I will always use your service department, but if I ever run into another situation where I have to go to a dealership service center, you'll get first shot.
I waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After waiting almost two hours I had to go check on the vehicle and found out it was sitting in the garage when I asked about it being done the guy said let me go find the paperwork on it when he had it at the counter. The car was not washed or vacuumed I know this is a kia standard with any service and wasnt done. I have noticed over the last couple of time I have had my vehicle in there the service hasn't been good. I hope you'll work to get a better and friendlier service department.

Nathan even washed my car and vacuumed it out it. My car was spotless! Never had carwash service at a car dealership before. Definitely will be returning when my next oils change is due.
