Thanks for solving a difficult problem with my truck and allowing me to drive a loaner for the 3 weeks you had my truck.
My car says service due since the second I picked up the car (after 3 long weeks of waiting to pick up the car). Took it in for service and apparently there was no diagnostic problems found; however, 5 days later my car is saying “turn off engine, pressure too low”. My problem was not solved.
Great. Atleast someone will contact me in regards to my vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles through Denooyer and after this issue I do not know if I will be back.
Bonnie did a great job even though the internet was out. I appreciated her keeping me up to date on what the next steps would be!

You fill out a vehicle inspection sheet saying everything is good with my daughter's car yet I followed her after her appointment and find out she has a tail light out...

Truck is still not fixed and has been “broken” since July 6th…. How do you think I feel about it?
They didn’t do anything to fix the issues and they never got back to me.
My appointment was for Monday but they did not even look at my car until Tuesday.
