I have Yet to receive an invoice, even though I’ve requested one electronically more than once. I still don’t know what the breakdown is on the work that was done. I still haven’t received a call from anyone in management although I was promised that I was going to receive one a week ago. It’s incredibly disappointing and irritating. I’ve been a really loyal customer for 10 years. But it looks like I’m gonna need to find someplace else to take my business at this point.

Prior to coming to DeNooyer the local shop trying to find the problem and solutions was dumbfound and at a loss. We got a recall notice on the vehicle requiring a certified GM shop. We delivered the vechicle to DeNooyer. Eric, the tech and dept personnel in general were friendly and focused on customer service. We received text messages as needed and speedy replies when I made inquiries. I was pleased with the efforts and the work done! Thank you. George S

It took 9 days from my appointment date to hear anything about the condition of my car. I don’t need constant contact but a follow up ever couple business days should be the standard. I appreciate your loaner program but without it there would be zero chance of me repeating my business.

Eric was very friendly and did an excellent job with explaining everything to me! My oil change was done quickly and helped me get new windshield wiper blades that I was in need of.

I drop my truck off at 7:30 am. Had 10:15am oil change & tire rotation. They also did a coolant flush. They ask what time i was going to pick up i said 2pm. I received a call at 1:40 saying it would be about another 1/2 hour. I came back around 2:10 but wasn't done until 3pm. Just need to be a little better on time estimation. Otherwise she did a great job.
