Where’s my estimate for my sons car ?
They say they could not duplicate the problem. On way home had cold air blowing when temp was set at 80 plus
I didn’t get paperwork when I picked up my vehicle. I would like a copy of what was done for my records

They did great. The only thing is that when I brought my vehicle in I had asked them to look at a wiring harness that was hanging from my truck. I told them I tucked it up under the cab but wanted to know what it was and if it needed to be plugged in anywhere. I told them to get me and I would show them where it was once it was up on the hoist. That never happened and when I asked about it they said they didn’t see it and the truck was down.
Eric communicated very well on problem found,parts ordered,and job completed.
I worked with Eric and Joe when I brought my car in. Both were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Joe did a great job walking me through my loaner car. Eric took the extra time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood why all of the recommended repairs had been suggested. I also very much appreciated the new system that allowed the technician, Chris, to show me what he was finding during his inspection. All around it was a great experience, and I greatly appreciate the help I received from all three gentlemen.
I think you all must have been having a bad day. I was less than impressed. I will rethink returning.
I’m always impressed with the customer service as well as the mechanical service I received. The loaner car (new Malibu) was awesome. A Malibu will be my next car!

This was the second oil change that Denooyer forgot to pick up my Vehicle. I purchased the truck and extra maintenance package just for this Concierge service but I’m a little disappointed. The people on the phone and who picked up the vehicle have always been very nice and friendly when working with them just a little forgetful I guess.
Bonnie was so GREAT to work with. We talked about all the things that gave gone wrong in the past service appointments and she reassured me that nothing like that would happen. She walked me right through everything, can in and discussed what services will need to be done coming up and the importance of maintaining my vehicle's service records. Hopefully every time I come in for service Bonnie will be my advisor.

I was never updated on the status of when my vehicle would be completed. I called and was told the service department closed at 5:30. I arrived at 5:15. Waited until 6:15.
It took 1.5 hours to do an oil change, rotate tires and change air filter. Service department needs to be more efficient and management time better to reduce appointment length!
