Completely satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Myself and at least one other customer had to wait almost an extra half hour for the paperwork to reach the cashier. We saw our vehicles pulled up front so we know when work was done. Not what I’m used to from your service department.

Poor job on detailing the vehicle, the cover on the back was still dirty, dash was all swirl marks and the inside of the windows were never cleaned.
Water spots on all of the chrome. And it looks like no attempt to clean the seats.
It looked better before I dropped it off.

Martin did a great job. Very good communication. Prompt responses. Professional and polite. I had an appointment for weeks to complete the ignition key safety recall. I scheduled it for a rare day when my wife’s car is available to me. What frustrated me was this: when I arrived for the appointment I was informed that DeNooyer did not have the parts to complete the job. This, after I took off work to bring the car in for the first appointment of the day. Surely DeNooyer knew this part wasn’t in stock the day before! I line up my next day’s work the day before; can’t you? This is a service department, after all. DeNooyer sent a very poor message to me about how they care about customers. Thankfully, Martin salvaged the situation somewhat by going out of his way to call me when parts were in stock, schedule the work, and pick up/ drop off the car flawlessly. Maybe Martin should be in charge of the service department.
