I brought my vehicle in for a cracked radiator. The service department had it for 3 days and then informed me that the warranty company whom I have an extended warranty through would not be covering the charges. After reclaiming my vehicle, un serviced, I contacted the warranty company and they informed me that the reason why they would not be covering the repairs on the radiator was because the service tech listed it as "damaged due to rust or corrosion" the part of the radiator that was cracked was plastic.. besides that a new radiator for my vehicle is around $200 and your service department was going to charge me $1300 for the repair. That's $1100 in labor... think I'll just repair it myself.

The service was good, people were very friendly, they greeted me with a smile, asked if I needed coffee. However the oil change took 50 minutes, I just don’t have time to wait around for an hour, or get a ride to work and back to pick up my truck

When I booked an appointment I explained that I was having an issue with my muffler. It wasn't until I brought in my vehicle that I found out muffler repairs generally cannot be done here.

Eric was awesome! So thankful for his thorough work and willingness to help us in any way he could. Also, he clearly explained the work that needed to be done and why. Had brake repair that involved bleeding the brakes. It was my primary cause for my $2500 visit. Got van back, brakes improperly bled squish pedal. Brought it back in, tech claims to have re bled the brakes in about 15-20 minutes which he said includes an extensive test drive to confirm that he NOW had all the air out of lines. Pedal still squishy, I suspect still not bled properly or additional issue.

My son could Detail my truck better! They left pop spills in the doors hair all over and so much more! I would rate this in the negative if I had a scale! I got a oil change and my truck detailed! I dropped it off a 8:30am and they had it tell closing. I watched the last time I came in young kids cleaning cars. NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANYWAY! we pay hundreds to have this done and a child does it. I will no longer be doing business with you cause this isn't the only thing we have been unhappy with! Numerous things have happened that you have had to keep my truck for 2 days at a time! I was wanting to buy another vehicle but after all this we will be looking for a better company! Sorry to be so rude but these things need to be fixed ASAP we know many people who say this about your dealership and employees you have working for you.
