After watching your team try and upsell more than achieve the goal I first called in for “an oil change” and spend 2 hours waiting for a vehicle for a simple oil change and watching every other tech on their phones and wonder around and not show any pride in their job and then lose my keys in the end I was beyond dissatisfied!

It is ridiculous every time you bring your vehicle in they always tell you something is wrong. Even if it minor. It also shouldn't take over an hour fir an oil change.
