While I understand there needs to be payment for work done on my vehicle - I'm disappointed in the fee for the diagnostic test for my car radio. I wish there would have been better communication!

Estimates were way different than I was told. Ending price was way more than expected. Work is not perfect.

Aaron has done a nice job of scheduling and communicating as service advisor. The issue is that the vehicle has been in the shop three different times, its still there for over a week now, potentially $2,500 into replacing parts and Aaron told me this morning it's still not fixed.
I got several phone calls with recommendations throughout the afternoon. When I agreed to some of the recommendations (not all, there were three separate phone calls with three separate recommendations), they couldn’t actually do any of them. Time would have been better served typing up recommendations and delivering these with the car when picked up after the service instead of repeatedly calling me to add more things they wanted to do but could not. I felt like there was no urgency in making repeated phone calls for things that could not even be done today.
I bought a 2010 expedition
Drove off and engine light came on
They fixed it but the engine light is still on
And lack of communication about my expedition

It was frustrating that my car needed to be there for 3 days (when I thought it would only be 1) and I was up front about needing it the third day by lunchtime and didn’t even get a call when it was done- I had to be the one to initiate the call to find out that the service had been completed. I figured it would at least get washed after being there that long, but that was overlooked as well. Mitch helped me out and offered to wash it immediately on seeing me at the dealership which was very appreciated. I have had a great experience with him throughout the whole car process!

the only thing Ford Cruise motors could do better is to put the driver's seat back the way that the driver had it set rather than the way the mechanic used it, and get some more comfortable chairs in the lobby that would be my only complaint about my appointment was I had to wait in a very uncomfortable chair in the lobby armrests are too high and no lumbar support of any kind
