Just forgot to straighten the mud flap that was installed crooked when the vehicle was new. This is the first time it had been back in for service and asked for it to get straightened. Otherwise very good.

I have free oil for life. Gave the billing Dept 10.00 Kruse bucks. Bill was still almost $33.00. Will speak to that person on Friday when I take the truck in for oil change.
He was great to work with and followed up as he promised.
Never got a car wash when they did my oil change. And got charged $120 to update my sync screen and there isn't anything different.
