I was disappointed with my service because although I understand that there can be delays in service but I was told it would take an hour for my oil change and tire rotation which is fine but I ended up getting done with my 11:00 a.m. appointment after 1:30 p.m. The worst part is that my truck was started after my oil change with no oil filter on so there was quite a mess under my hood. The washing I received after was free but it also disconnected a wire under my hood which I had to reconnect myself in the parking lot after the appointment. The wait wouldn’t have been intolerable but I had my 3 kids with me and had I known that long of a wait was coming I would have stayed at the park I was at longer. Also I have been to Kruse twice in the last year complaining of brake noise and keep getting told they are in good condition which I take your word for but I haven’t changed brakes since I bought the truck 3 years ago so can’t believe they don’t need work. I plan on taking it in somewhere else this week to double check the brakes and will be disappointed if they need work and especially if work is overdue. I don’t like to complain and don’t think the people working are bad just trying to be honest and offer constructive criticism is all. Thanks for the service and for reviewing my feedback.
