The service on the vehicle was good. My appt was at 4:15. I did not get out of there until 6:15. It should not take an hour extra to get the paperwork done.

I sat at the dealership from 9:40-11:15 for a simple oil change. I had to tell them 3x that I didn't give them a key fab and that my keys were in the car as they were frantically looking for them. Billing screwed up my invoice and I was almost charged for the wrong oil. As I was leaving the garage door opener to your shop was left on the top of my car. I also had my tires changed 6 months ago by someone else and they were shocked when your shop told me they would recommend getting them changed. It was an awful experience and I will never be going back.
