The customer service was really horrible. They never kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. Phone calls were not returned when they said they would. They would say that my vehicle would be done at a certain time and it was not. I spoke with the service manager Dave. He was really helpful and reassuring. After getting my vehicle back it was still not running properly. There is still misfire, the check engine light is back on as well as the Change Oil light. I had to drop my vehicle off at the dealership again with no guarantee that it will be completed before I get off work. Not to mention when I dropped my vehicle off there was a half tank of gas. When I got my vehicle back there was no gas.

My engine light is own and it shouldn't be since I just spent $2200. I will bring it in on Tuesday.

The attention given by the staff at the dealership was excellent. My only concern is that the transmission is making noise from the valve body area that it wasn't making before. It almost sounds as though something is not lined up properly. I will have to see about a follow-up appointment for this. Times are tough but the team at Marty Cancila helped us out!

Pkg of 3 oil change and tire rotation was not entered into your computer system! I was told that it showed that the pkg. was used up. I told Steve that information was definitely incorrect,and displayed the invoice with a purchase date of 7/02/2020. After double checking he found that my information was accurate, minus tire rotations.After a brief discussion, near argument, I agreed and informed him of the tire purchase made in January of this year which comes with tire rotation service ! He never looked at the invoice that I tried to show him and professionalism had been abandoned at this point! This vehicle was purchased at your dealership and all services have been performed there! I have had other issues, though minor, somewhat disturbing! I arrived at the dealership at 11;10am and left at about 1:30pm. It didn’t appear at the time of my arrival that service was that busy! Oh! The safety measures that are printed around the dealership in regards to wiping down various areas of the car, were not displayed upon arrival or departure!!

This time my service was different than last time a young lady helped me all the way threw it within keeping my Jeep for a few days was fine haven't tested the repair might be ok n highway this weekend thank you to the lady that came to my side if I needed anything
