I found the lack of communication with this service advisor non existant. It was me that had to continuously call to find out the status of my vehicle for the duration the car was there. Leave voice messages that went unreturned. I have been going to this location since 2005 and have never been unhappy with prior service performed or dealing with a service advisor until now. The bill was incorrect and had to be corrected twice. The car was not looked over before being given back to me, the ignition dash was not snapped back together and there is a bolt missing on the bar that hold the electric box up. So now I will be having to take it back and have it looked at again.

My car was there over a week for issues that should have been fixed prior to purchase, resulting in a major inconvenience. Poor communication at the dealership as I had to call numerous times and go in person to find out the status. No acknowledgement of my valuable time spent on these issues, no apology or thank you. Just (finally) a call saying “your car’s ready”.
Hunter was very attentive and does his job very well. He patiently explained every step in the process and follow up with me accordingly. The issues with the connected drive subscriptions were not resolved at this time as I needed to address it to the dealership I initially bought the car but Hunter asked me to call him if I need any further assistance to complete resolution.
Service representative was excellent however I had 11 o’clock apr Car was not on rack until pass 12 I left your store at 130 If I knew that in advance I would have been dropped off or requested a loaner All that was done was a scheduled oil change

I was quite concerned about heading into Chicago for an appointment and I stopped into schererville bmw the night before and it was close to closing so the young lady was able to only put air into the tire. That same afternoon it still showed low air so I called the next morning and Mr. Calvin Perdue handled my visit and made sure I got out on time and they thoroughly inspected the tire and found a nail and plugged it. I was then able to drive into Chicago safely. Thank you Calvin!!!!!
