Very very very very bad communication. In each case I reached out for answers/information, otherwise I didn't have any contact from u guys. Even in these difficult times when unforseen circumstances occur there should be SOME communication, SoME attempt at professional services. I understand delayed parts delivery n sickness but somone should be responsible enough n professional enough to pick up the phone or send an email letting us know what is going on.

Cost of repair was to high. Chevrolet should have covered repair. There is no reason there should have been an engine repair like that at less than 200k miles. Known issue on that engine. Won't be buying another GM product and telling at least 10 people about experience.
