Came in for oil change. jeremy seems like a nice kid. i wanted to put in 41/2 quarts oil and the rest with lucas oil stabilizer. yes, i can read what it says on the bottle, to use the full quart of that stuff when doing an oil change, but that's not exactly what i wanted. so at end of service, was told mechanic added the full quart instead of what i wanted, then the shop tried to charge me $20 for the stabilizer that I brought in. car was left running outside while i paid my bill as was running hot, and i don't like that, and paper put down on floor was still left in car for me to take care of. oil change took longer that it should have, so over all, i'm not exactly happy. jeremy says he told mechanic to do the 1/2 quart, but he didn't do that. you guys need to pay more attention.
