I appreciated the follow-up phone call I received from Josie. She said she would try to resolve the problems I encountered this week. I did receive a link to my second bill (and promptly paid it online). She assured me she would mail the inspection checklists for me to view. She also said she flagged my account to be sure those sheets are printed and put in each vehicle when work is completed before returning my vehicle to me. I appreciate this and am hopeful.

I had oil changed in two different vehicles this week. I never received the inspection sheet or the online payment link for the first appointment. I’ll pay that bill when it’s mailed to me, but I will have no idea if there are any issues that need to be addressed. (I’m going to trust that someone would call me if I need to know something.). I did receive the link to the online payment portal for the second appointment and paid it promptly. I would REALLY appreciate getting at least the inspection sheet when my vehicle is returned to me. I used to receive these in my vehicle when it was returned to me, but I have not received one for several years now. I have mentioned this before to no avail.

Josie is friendly and enthusiastic! When I called a couple of months ago about my car not steering right. She diagnosed it and I needed an alignment! I was impressed! Please keep her on staff! It’s nice to deal with a woman!
