Tried to sell my 18 year old daughter a car when she walked in for a repair. Quoted me $2,000 to fix the car $1,000 of it being labor. Outrageous labor rates. Also charged $150 for a diagnostic charge when I could have went to o Reilly’s and had them plug in for free to tell me what’s wrong with it. Not a trusted small town business. Highway robbery

I was told my engine air filter and cabin filter would need to be replaced next oil change. So I wanted to see how bad they were and I found the cover on the engine air filter hadn’t even been removed so how could you see if it needed replaced or not. Don’t tell me something needs replaced When you haven’t even seen it!!

He was extremely helpful in helping me as due to an injury I was unable to get my vehicle in and have a problem taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a good service advisor at a dealership.

The service advisor that originally made the appointment for the service push it along, then when I came back to the service area and wanted a ride home then they got right on it and pushed it through. I realize I didn’t purchase this particular vehicle from Dale Howard but trying to reestablish my business with the dealership but I question how much attention was paid to the vehicle, plus the wait time almost made me late for my next appointment.
