Autumn was on top of her game! She notified me immediateLy when my car had issues, translated what it all meant and was extremely patient with me! She got me when my bill was ready and, again, waited patiently as my **** too forever to get to the register! Great employee! It took five tries of bringing in my vehicle to get a check engine light fixed, and your team couldn’t figure it out. Instead, I was sent home and told it was my fault for poor gasoline and such. I kept having the same problem again and again. I finally traded the vehicle on another one WHILE it was in your shop. No more Hyundai vehicles for me.
Oh, and multiple times I tried to get you to change your info from Duane to KAREN. This is my primary vehicle, but you always send everything addressed to Duane. ????

After several service visits to Lehigh Valley Hyundai ovwr the past year for a recurring problem with my 2020 Kona's gas tank I am confident the problem is finally resolved. If the problem is not resolved I will need to contact the Corporate offices directly. Tom was professional and very helpful.
Everything went well and it was done in the timeframe that Tom stated.
The work done to my car didn’t fix my car. It went into the shop to fix the paint job on the hood of my brand new vehicle. After closer inspection in better light. The paint has even more issues. Bubble points. A dot of another color. Small ripples. It’s not a high quality paint job at all.
