Con artist at it’s finest that gets caught in lies. He asked me to sign for the wrong loner vehicle. When I addressed the issue he advised I sign for it because it wouldn’t be long.

I was told that if I waited for approximately 3.5 to 4 hours that my car would be ready. So at about 4:45 on Friday I was told my car was ready. I go to get my ar( open doors) only to find out that the car alarm wouldn’t shut off for minutes and I couldn’t even lock my car. When I went back in to tell the technician that gave me my car keys he tells me “ oh yes I tried to locate your car upstairs to bring it down to you by pressing the alarm button but I heard NO SOUND!! Thanks .... so he would have handed my key to me and let me drive off EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS STILL AN ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE. Mr. Mejia heard this go down and he approached me and apologized to me for having to wait there for 4 hours and still not have the problems resolved. He then said that they had just gotten a loaner car back and asked me if I could leave my car their for further investigation! I did that and had to get my car back on Monday June 8th.

Dennis was very accommodating... he made a quick appt and got my car issue resolved quickly. He was communicative and kept his word. Will definitely be contacting him for any future car needs!

Cedric was great he kept me informed about my car status but I was disappointed about was that they did not wash my car before they gave it back to me which is not Cedric’s fault because he did request it but they just I guess forgot to do it
