My car was at the Honda shop before convid19 hit and I was given a courtesy car so I wouldn’t be inconvenient.The manager,Paul and Charitza helped from beginning to end to get the repairs done on car. Charitza was very helpful with helping me getting my car fix and returning it to me. She always kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. Anytime I reached out to Charitza she was always there to answer my question. Also the manager was very nice and helpful. He was complete sympathetic to my situation and show nothing but help along the way. I was finally able to pick up my car in June and I’m a very happy costumer. Thank you millennium Honda.
Dennis was very helpful and polite, kept me updated on what was going on with my car., Also his efficiency with the problems that I have were explained to me in detail.

He is an excellent customer service employee. He is an exceptional person. He is one of the best people who I have met there. Consider yourself as a manager lucky to have him doing an excellent job advising customers. I do appreciate him and the way I am greeted by him every time I go there.
