Very friendly & attentive
Poorly run, failed to inspect, NYS, I had to return after discovering this. On my drive home the low pressure light appeared on my dash
Arrived for my complimentary oil change at my appointment time. The girl at the outside desk was lovely. Then it went downhill. Received the first phone call at 11:15. Telling me my car would be ready in 30minutes. Arrived exactly at 12:15. giving them an extra 30 minutes. Car was not ready they told me 15 mins. No my daughter had been driving me back and forth. I left and went back to her house to wait the 15 mins. I finally called 1 hour later at 2:15. Was told at that time my car was ready. Absolutely totally dissatisfied.
But I had to call.

Sheletha Goldsmith was exceptional with the service she provided for me today at Millennium Honda! I really appreciate her keeping me updated on that status of my vehicle throughout the time I waited for the work to be completed. When my vehicle was finished being serviced, the mechanic that worked on my car left it unattended in the driveway, not to mention it was wet! I went into the service center to speak to a manager about my displeasure of the state in which my vehicle was left, Whilst walking into the center I saw Shletha and expressed to her my disappointment. Right away she said don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it! Shletha went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. She got towels and hand dried my vehicle herself because the mechanics stated that the blower was broken that’s why it was left wet! I really would like to express my gratitude to Shletha for doing what she did today. I appreciated what she did so much! A million thank you to her!
